We walk your property with you and study every detail:

  • Soil conditions
  • Protected trees and how they affect home placement
  • Setbacks and flood zone, including the lot's elevation

Then we create a plan for exactly where your home can live, giving you a clear canvas for your dream home.

Design Agreement

Where your vision takes shape.

Details

A design deposit brings our designer and architect to the table to create a custom plan made for your lot.

  • Personal design sessions about how you live, entertain and unwind
  • A custom floor plan, refined with our architect
  • A detailed proposal built alongside your plan, so your price is clear before you commit
Your design deposit covers the architect and includes three rounds of revisions to your plan.

Contract & Permitting

Your plan is final. The momentum begins.

Once your floor plan and proposal are approved, we go to contract.

  • Our team takes engineering and permitting off your plate
  • Meanwhile, you enjoy the fun part: selecting finishes, fixtures and details with our in-house designer
