How long does it take to build a custom home?
Most of our homes take 12 to 16 months from design to move-in.
Can you build on a lot I already own?
Yes. Every project starts with a full-service lot evaluation: survey, arborist report and soil borings, plus a look at setbacks, flood zone and elevation. Then we map exactly where your home can go.
What if I don’t have a lot yet?
Our in-house real estate agent and realtor network will work with you to find your dream location across Tampa and South Tampa, including off-market lots. We’re a full-service builder, so everything is handled in-house, from lot search to move-in. We also have a few homesites available on our Homes & Lots page, each pre-planned or ready to go fully custom.
Do I have to use one of your floor plans?
No. Start from one of our plans and adjust it, or design something entirely your own with our designer and architect.
What does the design agreement include?
Three rounds of plans with our architect, a rendering of your home, and the full lot evaluation (survey, arborist report and soil borings). Our team coordinates all of it, and you get a detailed proposal so you know where your project lands before you sign a contract.
How much will my home cost?
It depends on your lot, the size of the home and the finishes you choose. The best next step is to sit down with us at the office. Once we understand what you’re looking for, we can give you a realistic idea of where your project will land.
