Sunset Park

The Sunset Park neighborhood is located in South Tampa and its boundaries are Beach Park Isles to the North, Culbreath Heights to the northeast, El Prado the South, Tampa Bay to the West, and Manhattan Avenue to the East.
Residents enjoy Mediterranean inspired architecture and stunning Tampa Bay waterfront views. Charming tree-lined streets provide shade and character to this neighborhood. One of the early developers of this area, Charles Glover, was married to a poet and pianist named Alma. Her influence is seen on the street signs carrying names of famous poets such as Tennyson, Keats, and Longfellow. Although Sunset Park has many historical homes dating back to the 1920’s, there are plenty of opportunities for new construction.
