The partners in New Legacy Homes are Rob June, Steve Wiltse and Brandon Roberts. Together they have overseen the construction of more than 9,000 homes, priced from the $200s to more than $1 million. They collectively have more than 55 years of experience, the majority in the Greater Tampa Bay area.
Team Perspective
“So many of the small, locally owned homebuilders have disappeared in the Tampa Bay market” said Rob June. He is the President of New Legacy Homes. “We want to be a hands-on, local homebuilder that understands the character and fabric of the many unique communities throughout the Tampa area.
“As a small builder we can design homes specifically for individual neighborhoods and buyer profiles. We don’t want to do huge subdivisions with cookie-cutter homes,” he said.
June has 21 years of homebuilding experience, including 13 years in the Tampa market where he was the Division President for Beazer Homes. He also served as the National Vice President of Construction and Quality Assurance for Beazer in their Atlanta corporate offices.
Brandon Roberts is the Vice President of Operations for New Legacy Homes. His experience includes 12 years with Beazer in Tampa, where he served as Senior Construction Manager and Purchasing Manager for Beazer.
Steve Wiltse is New Legacy’s Executive Vice President. He has 19 years of homebuilding experience, including 10 years in the Tampa market, where he was the Director of Construction for Beazer. He also has experience with WCI, Lennar, Standard Pacific Homes and Levitt & Sons.
Lastly, New Legacy Homes is now building homes in the Valrico area and is finalizing plans for a three-story townhome project in St. Petersburg.
